You can return items that meet these conditions:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (all tags & packaging intact).
- Return requests submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- Accessories, intimates, masks, and sale items are non-returnable.

- Our team will approve and guide you with the return steps.
- Ship your item back to the address we provide — don’t send it without confirmation.

💳 3. Refunds
Once we get your returned item and it passes our quality check:
- Refunds go back to your original payment method or as store credit if you prefer.
- Processing usually takes 5–7 business days after approval.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty.

Sometimes we issue store credit instead of refunds.
Credits are valid for 6 months and can be used on anything at Clovvv — perfect for your next slay purchase 💅
⏳ 8. Missing Refunds?
If it’s been more than 7 business days and nothing has arrived:
- Check your bank or payment app — sometimes it takes time to reflect.
- Still missing? Contact support@clovvv.com and we’ll sort it ASAP.

- Items returned without tags, signs of wear, or stains will not be accepted.
- COD fees and delivery charges are non-refundable.
